A few months back, Gary Sullivan of WFMU’s Bodega Pop asked me what the future holds for Radiodiffusion Internasionaal. At the time, I knew that I was going to take a break after Post 500, but had not really thought much beyond that. But I also knew that I could never quit the blog, because when I come across a single like this one – I know I have to share it.

This single is the lone release of Calipso Band – who were from Nicaragua. There’s two different versions of this record released on two different labels in Guatemala. But beyond that, I have not been able to find anything else about the band.
