Surprisingly, this is my first post of the music of Mauritania. But other than the fact that Mohamed Ould Nana avec L’Orchestre National Mauritanien recorded two albums and three singles – as well as two singles L’Orchestre National Mauritanien recorded without Mohamed Ould Nana – is that they are NOT the same band as L’Orchestre National de Mauritanie.

Thanks very much for sharing this recording. I think this is a recording of a very rare Mauritanian cover interpretation of a Bollywood song. Are there any Bollywood connaisseurs who can confirm that this is a Bollywood melody?

I think this song is a version of Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyar Ke Charche from the soundtrack to the Indian film Brahmachari but can’t find confirmation
