As far as I know, this was the only single by The Atoms.
If this sort of thing tickles your eardrums, I highly recommend tracking down Grey Past‘s “Steam Kodok” and Sublime Frequencies‘ “Singapore A Go Go“. The former of those two compilations opening track is Ali San by The Trailers – which sounds somewhat similar to this song.

♬ Aaji Mote Laagena Nida / ଅଜି ମୋଟେ ଲାଗେନା ନିଡ
I have always been fascinated by languages and fonts – especially non-Latin characters.
There are 22 official languages in India – which does not include English. This record was recorded in Odia – formerly known as Oriya – which is the official language in the eastern state of Odisha.

♬ Ayan Ma Tayebouh / عيان ما طيبه (Parts 1 & 2)
According to Discogs, this is the only recording by ᾽Abd al-᾽Aẓīm ᾽Abdallah / عبد العظيم حركة – although I have heard other recordings by him. And, if there is a cover for this single, I have not seen it – which is a shame since these Munsphone singles usually had amazing artwork.
If you have any further information about this artist or anything else about this recording, please leave it in the comment section below. If you can translate Sudanese Arabic, please contact me.
PLEASE NOTE: I have edited Side One and Side Two into one track, attempting to make the transition from Part One and Part Two as seamless as possible.

The only clue as to the origin of this recording is on the label where it says “Afro Soul Jerk sung in Fang”. Fang is a Southern Bantoid language of Cameroon.
Recently, Analog Africa released the Cameroon Garage Funk compilation featuring both of the Pierre Didy Tchakounte songs that have been previously posted here.

San Ul Lim / 산울림 formed in 1977. The band – originally called Mui / 무이 – consisted of three brothers Kim Chang-wan / 김창완 (vocal, guitar) Kim Chang-hoon / 김창훈 (bass, guitar) and Kim Chang-ik / 김창익 (drums). Their sister, Kim Nan Suk / 김난석 often played keyboards with the group but is uncredited on the albums.
To the best of my knowledge 개구장이 has not been reissued, unlike the rest of San Ul Lim’s albums.

Ali Eker Aydoğan (AKA Derdioklar Ali) was born in the Fethiye town of Malatya. He recorded his first single under the name Derdiyok in 1972. Two years later, he would move to Darmstadt, Germany. In 1979, he met İhsan Güvercin – who was also originally from Malatya – and formed Derdiyoklar İkilisi. They released their first cassette that same year on Türküola – a German label that specialized in Turkish music. The group became popular among the Turkish population in Germany in the 1980s for their theatrical stage shows and for their songs against xenophobia in Germany.
TürkofonGmbH has reissued this album and it is available on bandcamp. For some reason they cut the extended intro off of “Seherde Bir Bağa Girdim” and omitted “Dert Deryası (Enstrumantal)”.
